Hello and greetings to my 2.3 followers.  Today I'm posting once again from my trusty drawing pad, but these have a twist.  I have been doing some experimenting with my drawings lately.  Yes, they are drawn with pens as usual, but I have been adding thin washes of ink to them.  It's taken a bit of time to get used to controlling the way that ink will flow on the drawing.  The first thing is, you can't control it, it does what it does and you have to be prepared for what happens.  I'll tell you it's a lot of fun!

I am also playing with adding watercolor to my drawings as well.  Not "real" watercolors, but watercolor pencils.  They are really cool actually.  Just color as you would normally with colored pencils, then just brush on some water.  Nifty!  Once I get comfortable using watercolrs, I may start using more traditional watercolors.

Enjoy!
